These Terms apply to your use of My Precious Minerals (mypreciousminerals.com), including the shop, member accounts and the Maker Workshop. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Accounts
You need an account to buy from the shop and to use member features. Keep your login details private and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or are used to harm the site or other members.
2. Products, prices and orders
We try to describe and photograph every item accurately, but natural minerals vary in color, size, weight and inclusions, and screens show colors differently. Prices are listed in US dollars. We may correct errors, change prices or limit quantities, and we may cancel an order (with a refund of any payment taken) if an item is unavailable or was listed in error.
3. Payments
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers, which may include cryptocurrency processors. Their own terms and fees apply. We do not store full card details or wallet keys. Cryptocurrency payments can be final once confirmed on the network.
4. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping times, costs, and return or refund options are shown at checkout or on the product page. Please contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged or incorrect.
5. Member content and the Maker Workshop
Members can add their own content, such as inventory, materials, projects, supplier details, notes and images. You keep ownership of what you add, and you confirm you have the right to share it. You give us permission to store, display and process it to run the site and provide your account features. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else’s rights. Cost, value and currency figures in the Workshop are your own records. They are not appraisals, financial advice or price quotes from us.
6. Information on the site
Mineral descriptions, specimen photos and related information are provided for general interest and education. They may come from members and from other outside sources (see Image & Data Sources below), and we cannot guarantee they are complete or accurate. Do not rely on them as professional, gemological, investment or safety advice.
7. Intellectual property
The site’s design, logo and original content belong to My Precious Minerals or its licensors. Third-party images are used under the licenses credited below and remain subject to those licenses.
8. Privacy

9. Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
